Abstract: The organizations or companies are facing the challenges of global competition. They have to re-think the way of their business and re-evaluate the way of their communication. Effective corporate communication in today’s business environment is becoming increasingly important and it is playing role to make organization or company become flexible and more competitive. This paper covers two major sectors of the new development of corporate communication: changing corporate communication flow and bridging culture differences by communication.
